History Since the inception in late 1998, NetOne International believes in building strong relationships with our valued customers and business partners. Net One’s business plan is to build a company that provides the most reliable service and the best competitive rates for its customers. With this in mind, NetOne successfully launched its long distance services in the Continental United States. To ensure the quality and flexibility we wanted, in 1999, we acquired our own billing system. In 2000, NetOne built upon its achievements by signing interconnection agreements with major telecommunication companies to provide high quality international termination at a reasonable cost. These partnerships enabled us to lower costs and create enhanced services world-wide without sacrificing reliability, scalability, and quality of service. In 2001, NetOne International’s concept of providing an excellent quality product at the best market base pricing proved successful, by meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations. Early in 2002, NetOne had exceeded all expectation of achievements. Our policy has paid off with thousands of new customers joining NetOne every month. In addition, NetOne has built strategic partnerships and connects directly with European based companies, which have added excellent quality and incentives for competitive pricing to Mexico, and many countries in the Middle East and Europe. Also, with our highly trained staff, we have built an excellent Customer Service Department, which has strived to exceed the customer’s expectations with diligent focus. NetOne also grew its Network Operations Center, which consists of highly trained professionals who constantly monitor our platform seven days a week. Still improving in 2002, NetOne launched its interactive website allowing our valued customer to access their billing, make payments, monitor their monthly spending, and address any concerns our customers may have. In the last quarter of 2002, NetOne added a Wholesale Department, which successfully expanded our services though interconnect strategic agreements to provide other carriers with long distance, international termination and billing services. Intensifying on the great success already achieved, in January 2003, NetOne International acquired a state-of-the-art, fully redundant lucent programmable Switch that is currently in operation. It allows NetOne to optimize the cost and quality of domestic and international calls. The Switch platform is located in the heart of the nation's telecommunications hub in New York City. NetOne offers the most competitive domestic rates for small and large businesses, and call center environments. We also have the best international rates from more than eight international carriers. NetOne provides quality prepaid and post paid calling card and 1+ direct-dialed service as well. In 2004, NetOne International completed its first VOIP services call and in 2006, we completed our first NextTone call. Recently, NetOne International established new direct termination routes adding to our existing Middle East routes. NetOne, also continues to acquire the state-of-the-art technologies to ensure completed calls, lines are free from static and precision billing. We offer the finest network quality and continuously strive to be the most competitive telecommunications provider available.
