A: Upon purchasing a phone card from NetOne International, you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free access number, PIN number (for PIN-based cards) and a customer service number. Simply, call the toll-free access number, enter your PIN and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling.

Q. Is your long distance service a Promotion or a Plan?

A. A promotion is something that is available only for a limited time.  The long distance service we offer you is a permanent plan that we provide for as long as you are with NetOne International.

A. No.  Though we are positive that you will be happy with our service if at any time you are not completely satisfied you are able to cancel without any cancellation fees.

Q. Will my Long Distance bill come with my Local Company's phone bill?

A. No. You will receive your NetOne International bills separate from Local Company's bill.  Your Local Company will charge a Billing Statement Fee for receiving your bills together.  Since with NetOne International, if you do not make any calls at all, you will not receive a bill. So, it would not benefit you to receive your bills together.  Also keep in mind that receiving your bills separately will give you the advantage of knowing exactly how much you're averaging on your Long Distance calls per month.

A. Currently our bills are printed in English but if you have any questions, you can call us and one of our Customer Relations Specialists will be able to further assist you with any questions, comments, or concerns.

Q. Can I sign up only my International long distance calls and keep my Domestic long distance calls with my current company?

A. Unfortunately, you are unable to have more than one long Distance Company on your line at the same time.  Therefore, if you accept NetOne International as your Long Distance Provider your Domestic calls will also be handled by NetOne International.

A. No.  We provide you with service to call Puerto Rico but unfortunately would not be able to service you if you reside in Puerto Rico .

Q. How long does it take your service to be activated on my line?

A. Your service will be activated on your line within 5-7 business days.  Until your order completes, you will remain with your current Long Distance Carrier.
