- 1998 - NetOne successfully launches its long distance phone card products in the continental United States.
- 1999 - NetOne acquires its own billing system to ensure quality and flexibility.
- 2000 - NetOne builds upon its achievements by signing interconnection agreements with major telecommunication companies to provide high quality international termination at a reasonable cost. These partnerships enable NetOne to lower costs and create enhanced services worldwide without sacrificing reliability, scalability, and quality of service.
- 2001 – NetOne’s concept of providing excellent quality phone cards at the lowest rates in the market proves successful, meeting or exceeding our customer expectations.
- 2002 - NetOne builds strategic partnerships and connects directly with European based companies, enhancing quality and offering lower rates to Mexico and many countries in the Middle East and Europe. NetOne also launches its interactive website and adds a Wholesale Department, which successfully expands NetOne’s services through strategic agreements to provide other carriers with long distance, international termination, and billing services.
- 2003 - NetOne acquires a state-of-the-art, fully redundant lucent programmable switch. This allows NetOne to optimize the cost and quality of domestic and international calls.
- 2004 - NetOne completes its first VOIP services call.
- 2006 - NetOne completes its first NextTone call.
- 2007 - NetOne establishes new direct termination routes, adding to existing Middle East routes.
