MyNetOne.com prepaid phone card customers will now be sent an email when their phone card balance is less than $5, reminding them to reload. The email is a simple reminder as a courtesy to our prepaid phone card customers so their balance does not run out while they are on a call. In the past, customers have asked us for such an email and we are glad to be able to oblige.

There are two versions of the email: one for PIN-based phone cards and the other for PIN-less phone cards. Each email contains the particular PIN or phone number that needs to be reloaded.

Customers will receive one email for each phone card account that goes below $5. Therefore, customers who use multiple phone cards may receive more than one email.

For your convenience, we also offer auto reload, which automatically reloads your phone card account when the balance hits an amount you specify. You also specify the amount you wish to reload each time. You will receive a 10% bonus if you setup auto reload for $50 or more.
