MyNetOne.com now offers eBilling for our Direct Dial/Long Distance customers. This is part of NetOne’s efforts to be a more environmentally friendly company. Our goal is to work with our customers to eliminate paper bills.
eBilling is simply online billing and means that customers can view and pay their Direct Dial/Long Distance bills online. Customers will no longer receive paper bills. Instead of a paper bill, they will receive an email notifying them that their bill is ready for payment. They can then login to their account on www.MyNetOne.com and pay their bill in minutes… no postage required!
Please note that starting August 2009 there will be a $0.99 surcharge for every paper bill for customers who do not signup for eBilling on Mynetone.com and, therefore, choose to continue receiving paper bills.
eBilling is fast, convenient, safe, and environmentally friendly! In addition to bill payment, customers can view their invoices online, review call details, and setup auto pay on their account.
