eBilling for Direct Dial/Long Distance Customers

In our effort to be more environmentally friendly, we are working with our customers to eliminate paper bills. So please take a moment to signup for eBilling.
eBilling simply means that you will be able to view and pay your Direct Dial/Long Distance bill online.
You will no longer receive paper bills. Instead of a paper bill, you will receive an email notifying you that your bill is ready for payment. Simply login to your online account and pay your bill in minutes. No postage or hassle required!
Please note that starting August 2009 there will be a $0.99 surcharge for every paper bill if you do not signup for eBilling on Mynetone.com and, therefore, choose to continue receiving paper bills.
eBilling is fast, convenient, safe, and environmentally friendly! In addition to bill payment, you can view your invoices online, review call details, and setup auto pay on your account. Signup for eBilling is quick and easy.
If you are new to MyNetOne.com and do not have a MyNetOne.com account, please follow these instructions to signup for eBilling:
- Click “Setup” below – you will be taken to the “Account Signup” page
- On the “Account Signup” page, enter your information and click “Signup” - you will be taken to the “Register Direct Dial/Long Distance Account” page.
- On the “Register Direct Dial/Long Distance Account” page enter your phone number(s) and click “Register” – you will be taken to the “Manage My Products” page. You can see your Direct Dial/Long Distance account(s) under “Direct Dial – Long Distance”.
- Click on “Invoices” to view your invoices. Click on “Pay Bill” to pay your bill. Click on “Auto Pay” to setup Auto Pay on your account.
- That’s it! From then on, please visit www.MyNetOne.com to manage your long distance account. Login to your account on the left side of the homepage. On the “My Account” main page click on “Manage My Products”. Your account will be listed under “Direct Dial – Long Distance”.
By clicking Setup you are agreeing to signup for eBilling on Mynetone.com.

If you are an existing MyNetOne.com customer and already have a MyNetOne.com account, please follow these instructions to signup for eBilling:
- Click “Setup” below – you will be taken to the “Login” page
- Please login using your MyNetOne.com User ID and Password - you will be taken to the “Register Direct Dial/Long Distance Account” page
- On the “Register Direct Dial/Long Distance Account” page enter your phone number(s) and click “Register” – you will be taken to the “Manage My Products” page. You can see your Direct Dial/Long Distance account(s) under “Direct Dial – Long Distance”.
- Click on “Invoices” to view your invoices. Click on “Pay Bill” to pay your bill. Click on “Auto Pay” to setup Auto Pay on your account.
- That’s it! From then on, please visit www.MyNetOne.com to manage your long distance account. Login to your account on the left side of the homepage. On the “My Account” main page click on “Manage My Products”. Your account will be listed under “Direct Dial – Long Distance”.
