Privacy Policy
NetOne International, Inc ("NetOne") recognizes that privacy is an important issue and we respect the privacy rights of our subscribers. We have designed and operate the NetOne Service with the protection of your personal information in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the type pf personal information we gather, how the information is used, and the steps we take to safeguard it. This privacy statement may be amended or changed without notice and should be visited periodically for updates.
This privacy Policy describes the use by NetOne of the personal identifiable information given to NetOne by users of the NetOne Service. By using the services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access our service.
NetOne collects basic personal information as part of our registration process including name, email address, user name and password. If you wish to sell your content on NetOne, we require that you provide additional address information so that we may send you the proceeds of sales made from your content. If you purchase content from NetOne and pay with the Credit Card, the card information will be stored for account auditing purposes only. Additionally, we so collect computer usage statistics while on our service.
We collect the information described above during the NetOne registration process. You will be required to enter your user ID and password each time to access your NetOne account unless you agree to the default settings of the service.
NetOne requires the use of your user name and password during the authentication process. We will use your name and email address to show recipients of messages you send using the NetOne Service that the messages came from you. We may also use it to send you a
"blind" ("bcc") copy of each message you send through our service. Occasionally, we may use your email address to send you notices or optional surveys directly regarding NetOne. This information is stored in our databases as long as you are a NetOne subscriber. Database maintenance is performed periodically to clean up inactive accounts.
We feel very strongly about keeping the information you give us confidential. We will not share specific personal information we collect from you with any third party. If we do ever contemplate doing so, we would send you notice and ask your permission first. We may use your information as part of a larger demographic or statistical analysis of our system and how people use it. In this event, your information will be included in an anonymous way that does not specifically identify you or any other individual on the system.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take the following steps to secure the personal information we collect: Most personal data contained in messages sent through the NetOne Service is encrypted during transmission to NetOne using industry standard authentication and encryption technologies. We protect the information you give us when you register or log into our service by putting it behind multiple levels of firewalls, with active intrusion detection systems.
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.
You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name and password. Therefore we recommend that you not disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user username and password with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
If for any reason you wish to unsubscribe from NetOne, a deactivation request must be submitted to deactivate@netoneint. Deactivation requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. However, we will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Service. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored "back up" systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information would be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
Personal information is not knowingly collected from children under the age of thirteen (13). We ask that minors (under the age of 13) do not submit any personal information to us and that parental consent is obtained before providing personal information.
