Register Existing Callback Services
If you are an existing NetOne International Callback customer but do not have an account on Mynetone.com, please take a moment to read the instructions below and signup for a Mynetone.com account. It’s fast and easy, and once you are signed up, you can manage your account online.
If you are new to MyNetOne.com and do not have a MyNetOne.com account, please follow these instructions to signup for eBilling:
- Click “Setup” below – you will be taken to the “Account Signup” page
- On the “Account Signup” page, enter your information and click “Signup” - you will be taken to the “Register
Your Phone Cards” page.
- On the “Register Your Phone Cards” page enter your phone number(s) and click “Register” – you will be taken to the “Manage My Products” page. You can see your
callback account(s) under “International Callback Products”.
- That’s it! From then on, please visit www.MyNetOne.com to manage your
International Callback account. Login to your account on the left side of the homepage. On the “My Account” main page click on “Manage My Products”. Your account will be listed under “International
callback Products”.
If you are an existing MyNetOne.com customer and already have a MyNetOne.com account, please follow these instructions to signup for
International Callback Services:
- Click “Setup” below – you will be taken to the “Login” page
- Please login using your MyNetOne.com User ID and Password - you will be taken to the “Register
Your Phone Cards” page
- On the “Register Your Phone Cards” page enter the phone number(s) and/or PIN(s)
associated with your phone card(s) and click “Register” - you will be taken to
the “Manage My Products” page. You can see your Prepaid Phone Card(s) under
“Phone Cards”.
- That’s it! From then on you can simply login to your account from the homepage (www.mynetone.com) to manage your account,
buy new phone cards, or reload your phone card.
