NetOne has a new website: www.MyNetOne.com and from now on all reloads will be done on this website. You can easily and safely reload your phone card on Mynetone.com. In addition, Mynetone.com offers online account management for your convenience. You can manage your phone cards, edit account information, as well as reload your phone card or setup auto reload on your account.

In order to setup your account and reload on Mynetone.com, please follow these steps:

1. Click “Setup” below – you will be taken to the “Account Signup” page
2. On the “Account Signup” page, enter your information and click “Signup” – you will be taken to the “Register Your Phone Cards” page
3. On the “Register Your Phone Cards” page enter the phone number(s) and/or PIN(s) associated with your phone card(s) and click “Register” – you will be taken to the “Reload” page
4. On the “Reload” page, enter your information and click “Reload”
5. That’s it! From then on, please visit www.MyNetOne.com to Reload your phone card or to manage your account. To Reload, please click Reload on the left side of the homepage. To manage your account, please login on the left side of the homepage.
